Obstetric Acupuncture at CTA
Days 1 & 2

The structure of this 4 day program is such that Days 1 & 2 can be done as a stand alone CPD.

This split program is designed to create a 2 day ‘foundation’ course - to help develop a strong basis from which to nurture the confidence to treat in pregnancy and childbirth, with clear understanding of scope of practice.

This course is designed as suitable training for integrated practice, and the curriculum has been modeled with  guidelines from the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) and is based on the curriculum of the Betts/Budd seminar of 2006.

This course is structured to be a suitable requirement for membership for the Acupuncture Childbirth Team (ACT).

cost: £160

Anyone doing the MA module is required to do all 4 days. Days 3 & 4 can also be done as CPD on the proviso that days 1 & 2 have been attended, or that the delegate has attended another suitable course with a comparable curriculum.

Gynaecology/Fertility Acupuncture at CTA
Days 1 & 2

The structure of this 4 day program is that Days 1 & 2 can be done as a stand alone CPD.

This course is designed as suitable training for integrated practice, and the curriculum has been modeled on the content of the 2006/2007 RCP Acupuncture Seminars for Fertility.

This course is structured to be a suitable requirement for membership for the Acupuncture Fertility Network (AFN).

This program will cover practical application of the curriculum studied in Days 1 & 2, with emphasis on clinical work through case history.
