Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to Naturechild seminars, conferences and workshops:

What happens if I have to cancel? Confirm your CANCELLATION in writing, by letter or by email, up to 15 working days before the start date of each program and receive a full refund less 10% administration fee + the VAT service charge. 

Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received less than 15 working days prior to the program.

SUBSTITUTIONS are welcome but must be received with 3 working days notice.

1. Naturechild will make every effort not to do so, but it reserves the right to vary or cancel a course, course materials or the details of a course programme without notice.

2. Naturechild reserves the right to change the venue and/or speakers at any time and without prior notice.

3. Should the lecturers be unable to fulfil their obligation due to illness Naturechild reserves the right to postpone the seminar and to reschedule for another date and potentially to another venue.

4. In the event that Naturechild cancels a course, its liability will be limited to refunding any charges paid for the particular course or offering you a place on a similar course and it will not be liable for any other loss incurred by you.

5. Naturechild reserve the right to alter the charges from those published.

6. A booking on the website booking form together with these Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between Naturechild and you, the delegate. The delegate is liable for payment of all charges due to Naturechild.

7. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, neither Naturechild nor its employees will be liable by reason of breach of contract, negligence or otherwise for any loss or consequential loss occasioned to any person acting or omitting to act or refraining from acting in reliance on the course documentation/handout or presentation of the course or, except to the extent that any such loss does not exceed the charge for the course arising from, or connected with, any error or omission in the course documentation or presentation of the course. Consequential loss shall be deemed to include, but is not limited to, any loss of profits or anticipated profits, damage to reputation or goodwill, loss of business or anticipated business, damages, costs, expenses incurred or payable to any third party or any other indirect or consequential losses.

8. Subject to the provisions of clause 7, Naturechild does not accept any liability if, for whatever reasons, the course does not take place and will not be liable for any loss incurred by you.
