naturechild is a term time company!

naturechild as a company is commited to creating better work life balance.

To that end we are a term time company. Half terms, Easter and Christmas will close or run skeleton staff, offering parents the primary concession to have this time away from the office.

Summer is divided into either the whole of July off, or the whole of August off, with preference for parents to have August free.

Office hours are designed to help parents drop off and pick up from school, nursery, playgroup or childminder. Our company policy is not that you are seen to be working so-many hours, but that you do the work required in the time that fits around your kids.

Where ever possible we are commited to helping families have time: for meals together, for early enough bathtime and bedtime, for parents to have enough unwinding non-child orientated adult time. For sanity!

Our ethos is to find ways for parents to work and to play, and as an employer we will endeavour to make childcare an insignificant issue.
