Jani brings her extensive experience as a doula and as an obstetric acupuncturist to bring you these antenatal classes to help you prepare for all the challenges of birthing.

She is a member of FEDANT, the Federation of Antenatal Teachers.

These classes will cover the basic curriculum of material discussed in an NCT class, and they are also structured to provide a perspective that is a useful adjunct to an NCT or Parentcraft class.

The "Having Babies" workshops offer a holistic approach to preparing for labour, at all times respecting individual choices and at all times helping couples feel prepared for labour and beyond.

This workshop is from an integrated care perspective and at all times promotes Informed Choice, Safe Practice and Supportive Care.

All guidelines are taken from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, from the Royal College of Midwives and from MIDIRS, the Midwives Information and Resource Service.
