Jani and The Team have supported hundreds of couples through their antenatal, birth preparation, labour and post-partum care, and Jani has attended many births as a Doula - in hospitals, birthing units, community hospitals and at homebirth.

In London she holds her acupuncture clinic at the offices of consultant obstetrician Donald Gibb, and being part of the Birth Company team has given her a thorough understanding of the processes of obstetrician-led care, with particular exposure to complicated pregnancies.

At the Naturechild acupuncture clinics throughout Oxfordshire the Team works mainly with women having NHS midwifery care, which has given us a thorough understanding of the full breadth of NHS services and a strong understanding of NHS protocols for pregnancy and childbirth.

The Naturechild Clinic has been supporting couples for fertility and gynaecology for the last 12 years and we have a thorough understanding of the processes foir both assisted conception and natural conception. Jani and the Team have provided fertility acupuncture support and care in many fertility clinics throughout London and in Oxon, Bucks, Berks and the Midlands.

We bring the depth and wisdom of Chinese medicine to our pre-conception work with couples, and the Naturechild Clinic has a particular interest in acupuncture treatment for male factor issues (the health of the sperm and the male genitourinary systems), as well as a comprehensive understanding of female menstrual phase acupuncture treatment.

Because of our extensive experience in working with pregnancy, we are ideally suited to providing acupuncture treatment to support IVF patients through the first trimester. This can often be a nervous time for couples who have been through assisted conception, and the supportive care in early pregnancy can enhance peace of mind and help to prevent miscarraige.
