how naturechild works
Helping you to find 'The Green and The Good' in your neigbourhood!
Naturechild is in the process of developing a web directory with an in-house search engine.
The database is structured to search by location, divided by county and subdivided by postcode, or, to search by product or service countrywide.
Our motivation is to create local trade; to help people to find goods and services in their own vicinity, to use consumer power to support our neighbours rather than supporting conglomerate or corporate structures, and to encourage trade to small shops and businesses.
naturechild is also concerned about helping to find ways to reduce packaging and the resulting waste material it produces. Naturechild is concerned about helping to find ways that reduce traffic; helping to create trade that can be done through postal delivery, thus reducing car journeys.
naturechild will support any project or endeavour that will help to create sustainability and will support anything that will help to reduce waste of energy or resources.
